"Update 2025: Jeremiah, you replied to my previous review claiming you had "no interactions" with me about a claim. That is exactly the failure. ​State Farm failed to step up where my agent clearly stated policy coverage would exist. ​You sold me a policy with specific assurances of protection. When I was hit in 2020, those assurances evaporated. Instead of the support you advertise, I faced years of bad faith stonewalling and a refusal to investigate the crash. You cannot wash your hands of the defective product you sold just because "claims handles it." I paid for coverage that was denied when I needed it most."

If you have an issue with state farm corporate take it up with the state or with corporate directly. please stop spreading hate speech and disinformation and misinformation."
